Flagstaff Family Photo Session | Flagstaff + Sedona Family Photographer

I am forever humbled. There are so many talented photographers. This lovely family saw something in me and my work, so much so that they were willing to come to the White Mountains to work with me. I simply had to express my utter and absolute gratitude.

This is what I do. Give me a family, pretty location, and pretty light. That’s all I need to create this magic with my camera. I don’t go into my sessions with expectations. I follow the lead of each family unit I encounter. I’m highly sensitive which means I pick up on the energies and vibes around me and I’m intuitive. I trust my intuition on every shoot, and am often led by the children where to go. This little guy was definitely daddy’s boy this evening and I wasn’t going to push or force anything that didn’t feel natural. I truly do just “go with the flow.” I like having an idea what my families are looking for when they hire me and what they want to get out of the shoot. However, I am very open with my style and how I choose to photograph each family.
